Founded in 1994, with over 40 years of combined experience, our surgeons and staff offer a high level of patient service, education and personalized care. Specializing in every area of adolescent and adult orthopaedic services including; arthritis care, sports medicine, arthroscopy, knees, hips, hand surgery, joint replacement and carpal tunnel. Options, both surgical and non-surgical, are devoted to reduce pain and increase joint function.


Walter I. Choung, M.D.received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and his Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina, School of Medicine. He completed his transitional internship and Orthopaedics Residency with LSU Orthopaedics, New Orleans, LA. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, Citrus County Medical Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Choung is an active staff member at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center, Crystal River, FL and also a courtesy staff member at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL.

Jeremiah A. Hubbard, D.O. – received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Seattle, Seattle, WA, his Doctorate in Osteopathy from University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, MO. He completed his Orthopaedic Residency at St. John Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights, MI. He is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and Diplomat of National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians.  Dr. Hubbard is also an active staff member of Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL and courtesy staff member of Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center, Crystal River, FL.

Kenneth Lemos, P.A. received his R.N., B.S.N., from the University of Southern Maine, Portland, ME. and his B.S, Physician Assistant Studies, University of Osteopathic Medicine, Des Moines, IA. He is Board Certified with the American Association of Physician Assistants in Primary Care and Surgery. Mr. Lemos has hospital privileges at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center, Crystal River, FL and Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL.
